Storage of access data
Every time you access our website, the access data referring to this procedure is stored in a log file on the server of our provider. This data record comprises your IP address, date and time of the request, the name of the requested file, the file name from which the file was requested, the volume of data transmitted and the access status, a description of the web browser and operating system used and the name of your internet service provider. This data is collected for technical reasons. Evaluations involve the use of non-personal data and are carried out solely for statistical reasons. Further personal data is only recorded, used and forwarded where permitted by law or when you have consented to the collection of the data.

In the absence of explicit consent, the personal data of a competition participant is collected, processed and used solely for the design, implementation and/or processing of the competition and is deleted once the competition is over. With the newsletter New Flag informs users about its’ own deals. If you want to receive our newsletter, you have to enter a valid email adress and confirm your input by clicking on the confirmation link in the automatically sent confirmation email. Further data is not collected. This data is only used for sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties. By registering for the newsletter we store your IP address and the date of registration. This data storage only serves as evidence in case a third party abuses an email address and subscribes someone to the newsletter without that person’s knowledge. The consent tot he storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at all times with effect for the future. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletters themselves, in the profile area or sending a message to the email address stated above. When you open a newsletter or click on a link in it, this will be logged in our server (date, time, email address). This is used for internal statistical purposes. This data is not merged to personal user profiles.
Inclusion of third-party services and content
This website may sometimes contain third-party content, e.g. YouTube videos, mapping from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always requires the providers of such content (hereinafter ‘providers’) to obtain knowledge of your IP address.
